Every visit includes a full consultation (first-time or twentieth-time guest!):
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a quick tour of the salon so you know your way around. Your stylist will then sit down with you for a consultation to talk through your hair goals, lifestyle, and any concerns before any service begins.
We recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, fill out any remaining intake information, and settle in before your consultation starts.
We’ll ask you to fill out a short new-client intake form covering your hair history and any allergies or sensitivities. You’re welcome to fill it out when you arrive, or reach out through our contact page if you’d like to complete it ahead of time.
First visits typically run a bit longer than a standard appointment since they include your welcome tour and consultation. Your stylist will give you a time estimate specific to your service once your goals are discussed.
Come as you are! If you have inspiration photos for the look you’re going for, feel free to bring them along or have them ready on your phone — it helps your stylist tailor the consultation to exactly what you want.
